You can work from your home office or at our Orlando office!   Most of our loans are underwritten, closed and funded in our Orlando, Florida Corporate Office. We offer the largest inventory of loan programs in Florida offering competitive rates, and will accept VA application with a 550 FICO credit Score!

Minimum Requirements

• Must close the first loan from you own client inventory

• We will provide you with marketing leads from that point forward

• You are responsible for originating mortgage loans to customers who qualify based on assessment of financial and credit data.

• Active loan originator license required

• 3 years minimum LO experience
